This position involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, managing local and foreign renewals, and processing reminders and instructions. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products, excellent typing and data entry abilities, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a busy team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in intellectual property or a related field, although this is not essential. What is important is a strong understanding of financial and billing processes, intermediate technical skills, and excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local and foreign renewals, including sending reminders, notifications, and updating internal databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Process reminders, instructions, and payments, including invoicing and crediting clients
  • Liaise with clients and lawyers to provide quality and accurate information
  • Assist with streamlining existing practices and procedures to create efficiencies within the trade mark renewals team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in intellectual property or a related field (desirable)
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent typing and data entry abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a busy team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
