The Client:

Our client is a boutique office servicing the North West for over 30 years. With a high profile and loyal clientele, this Director is a friendly individual with an approachable nature. We are seeking a Property Manager to manage a tidy portfolio.

The Role:

Monday to Friday, we are seeking an individual to deliver a high level of service for high-end properties in the North-Western suburbs of Sydney. You will have the right support from an experienced administrator.

  • Managing a portfolio with three other experienced property managers
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Preparing claims for rental bonds and attending CTTT hearings when required

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & previous Property Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • The desire to learn and succeed
  • Extremely organized
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills
