- Midnight
**Schedule**: 7 days on, 7 days off

I-TeleRAD, a part of the I-MED Radiology group, offers 24/7 teleradiology reporting services to medical facilities all over Australia, including both private and public medical facilities such as hospitals. It's one of the largest and most advanced teleradiology reporting services in the country.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**List Management**:Ensure all patient and staff lists are up-to-date and accurate, supporting seamless operations.

**Nightly Stats**:Compile and report nightly statistics to support operational decision-making and improvements.

**Awareness of rostering requirements,** and the ability to promptly inform if any gaps need to be filled

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a medical administrative role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficient IT skills and keen attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
