Client Implementation Specialist

">Job Description:

The Client Implementation Specialist plays a key role in partnering with clients to support implementation, ongoing success, and continued expansion of their use of Symplicity solutions. They will facilitate discovery workshops to elicit client project requirements and document these accordingly.

They will map Symplicity solution capabilities to client business requirements and establish and deliver on initial client implementation including project plan, system configuration & training.

They will manage client projects ensuring that deliverables & timelines are met with high-level communication at all stages. The ideal candidate will advance a trusted advisor relationship with Clients ensuring that they are maximising their ROI from Symplicity solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base and working with Account Executives to advance these opportunities.

Developing and sharing client success stories in partnership with the marketing team is also a key responsibility. Assessing client risk and working across the Symplicity team to implement solutions that ensure a high level of client satisfaction is essential for this role.

Encouraging customer feedback and participation through webinars, roadshows and feedback sessions is an important aspect of this job.

Working with the operations team to assist in any issues, invoices, and new sales quotes is required for this position. Acting as a client advocate amongst internal teams frequently liaising with Client Support, Technical Specialists, Engineering, Marketing & Sales is also necessary.
