Overview

We're looking for a client-facing Delivery Manager to lead the rollout of new digital builds. This role blends technical analysis and project delivery to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality outcomes.

Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

What You'll Do
  • Technical Analysis
  • Turn client goals into clear technical requirements.
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow automation.
  • Work with design and engineering to scope builds and improve efficiency.
  • Delivery & Quality Management
  • Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and scoping through to launch.
  • Keep a consistent release rhythm (around 2–3 builds per month).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to stay on track.
  • Act as the main client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Make sure all deliverables meet technical requirements and client expectations.
  • Run retrospectives and use AI tools to refine processes and boost productivity.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in business analysis and delivery/project management.
  • Strong skills in writing requirements and managing delivery pipelines.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and fast-paced projects.
