About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program for a substation and high voltage transmission line project in WA.
This is a Monday to Friday position with opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direction and advice on HSSE legislation, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement safety management systems to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaise with customers, regulatory bodies, and state organizations to ensure compatibility with their systems and processes.
- Design and deploy initiatives to increase the focus on safety and environment within the business.
- Tertiary Qualification in Workplace Safety and Health or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management in the Construction/Infrastructure industry.
- Excellent knowledge of OH&S, Environment, and Workers Compensation legislation.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement safety management systems.
- Thorough knowledge of AS 4801, ISO 9001/14001, ISO31000.
