About The Opportunity

Join our Customer Service Desk team as an IT Support Specialist, providing world-class support to Micromine clients across our full product suite. In this client-facing role, you'll deliver technical solutions via phone, email and remote desktop, helping clients maximise the value of our software.

  • Provide support for clients with active maintenance agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across operating systems, networks, applications, and virtualised environments.
  • Document support cases and maintain accurate records in the support management system.
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to specialist teams and assist with root cause analysis.
  • Verify and document software bugs, liaising with product development teams to deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support process improvements.

About You

You are a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional client support. You'll also bring:

  • A few years of experience in IT support or technical support, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A generalist IT background (Operating Systems, Enterprise Systems, Networks, Applications, Virtualisation).
  • Ability to work independently and build strong client relationships.
  • Nice to haves include a Tertiary IT qualification, ITIL exposure, and familiarity with Windows Server, SQL, and virtualised environments.
