Paediatric Support Specialist

Make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families as a dedicated Paediatric Support Specialist.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, comprising Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists, to deliver support plans that enhance individual outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing needs through comprehensive planning and person-centred approaches.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based support strategies within complex environments.
- Collaborating with families, carers, and other stakeholders to identify meaningful goals and practical solutions using positive behaviour support frameworks.
- Building knowledge, capacity, and strengths among those supporting individuals.
- Mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
