ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to join the business as Studio Photographer Lead and support all brands within the Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our studio space and all operational aspects related to photography. From shoot scheduling and studio maintenance to equipment management and process improvement, you'll ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.
You will oversee the planning and execution of all in-studio photography, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards across every shoot. Working closely with the Styling and Brand teams, you'll align on creative direction and production needs, while leading and coaching freelance photographers to deliver on our visual identity.
This is a hands-on leadership role where technical expertise meets creative direction which is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering best-in-class photography in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


•Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial photography role

•Proven experience in digital studio photography

•Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One Pro

•Ability to coach a team to achieve brief requirements

•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders

•A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
