Job Title: Reformer Pilates Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates instructor to lead safe, effective, and engaging classes that inspire members to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher, be certified as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to adapt for all fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative programming and create a professional, welcoming environment
  • Lead safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes
  • Cover existing timetabled classes during staff leave

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher
  • Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes in a studio or fitness environment
