Working closely with our Marketing leaders & Head of Store & Brand Experience, this role is responsible for the creation of exceptional, engaging imagery that elevates the perception of the Michael Hill brand across our omni-channel experience.
Michale Hill is seeking a talented Photographer to join in house creative team. This key role is responsible for the conception, planning & capture of imagery, bringing a fresh perspective & enabling the marketing team to deliver stunning campaigns that align with our brand journey.
**Primary Objectives**
- Elevation of our imagery across all aspects of the business.
- Partner closely with our Marketing & Creative team to produce images that meet brief and timelines.
- Workflow management & file handling
- Working with equipment & studio space. ie. Maintenance, improvements etc.
- Work with photographers & Head of Store & Brand Experience to forecast workload based on upcoming campaigns & product releases.
- Provide photography for internal comms where required - Headshots, events etc.

- Proficient in all aspects of Digital photography & studio lighting (flash)
- Excellent Photoshop and file handling skills
- Demonstrated retouching skills
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised and strong time management skills
- Very keen eye for detail
