Lead Studio Photographer Opportunity

Cultivate your creative expertise as a skilled Lead Studio Photographer in overseeing the in-studio photography operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of shoots while maintaining brand consistency and delivering exceptional visual standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of our studio space, including operational aspects related to photography.
  • Collaborate closely with Styling and Brand teams to align on creative direction and production needs.
  • Lead and coach freelance photographers to deliver on our visual identity.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial photography with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One Pro is essential for this role.
  • Ability to coach a team to achieve brief requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail is required for success in this position.
