As a result of continued growth and retirement, our Top 5 Banking Client is seeking to recruit 2 senior credit managers to support the Health and Diversified Client portfolios with quality decisioning on Commercial / Corporate debt transactions up to circa $100m with sweet spot of $20m-30m. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team lead by a strong trust based leader who values people.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality decisioning on Commercial / Corporate debt transactions up to circa $100m, with a sweet spot of $20m-30m, within Health and Diversified Client portfolios.
  • Join a supportive, collaborative team led by a trust-based leader who values people.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years commercial credit decisioning with current personal credit approval limit of no less than $10m
  • Hold either Health specialist and / or diversified industries sector experience
  • Strong decision making & influencing skills
  • Sound financial analysis and loan structuring skills across the full bank commercial lending product range with strong working capital experience
  • Be proactive & collaborative in decision making and able to work with frontline teams to support portfolio growth with quality loans
  • Be a strong contributor to a positive & supportive one team culture - sense of humour highly valued
  • Be tertiary qualified in a relative finance related degree
