Group Technology and Production Manager – Townsville

Full-Time Position, Includes Sunday

Calvary Christian Church is seeking a proactive, customer focused and detail oriented Group Technology and Production Manager to work alongside the IT Manager in shaping the future of Calvary's technology and production environments. This full-time role is pivotal in strengthening our technical foundations, leading our multimedia and livestream strategy, and supporting the mission and ministries of Calvary across all locations. In this full-time role, you will not only oversee day-to-day operations including network management, hardware lifecycle, and user support, but also take a leadership role in the continuous improvement of Calvary platforms and in helping to ensure security and compliance. Additionally, you will lead the delivery of operational technology for livestreaming, multimedia, and production systems ensuring our systems are reliable, mission focused, and marked by excellence. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated work history in IT support and systems administration, excellent organisational skills, great communication skills and will be passionate about excellence in church production and multimedia. If you're a motivated and technically skilled individual who is excited to support the ministry of the church through excellent IT systems and inspiring multimedia engagement, we'd love to hear from you. A Working with Children Blue Card is required for this position. This position is based in Townsville.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including network management, hardware lifecycle, and user support.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of Calvary platforms and help ensure security and compliance.
  • Lead the delivery of operational technology for livestreaming, multimedia, and production systems to ensure reliability and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated work history in IT support and systems administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Passionate about excellence in church production and multimedia.
