The Role

As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing finance, shared services, and IT functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive team and a trusted adviser in shaping and executing strategic goals. You will provide leadership across corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, and risk management. In addition, you'll champion the integration of shared services and technology to drive operational efficiency and long-term profitability. This is an opportunity for a confident and commercially astute finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and investor relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and robust risk management.
• Drive IT strategy and systems integration to support digital transformation.
• Provide leadership and development to finance, shared services, and IT teams.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to support growth and commercial initiatives.
  
  

The Person

You are a commercially minded, proactive finance executive who operates confidently at both strategic and operational levels. You have a strong track record in managing finance and technology functions in complex, fast-moving environments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (Master's or CA/CPA).
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or CFO-level role.
• Proven experience leading finance, shared services, and IT functions.
• Strong understanding of financial regulation, risk management, and compliance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving change, operational improvement, and profitability.
