**How will I Help?**
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for completing business analyst activities for any project or process change request (externally or internally driven) that impact Consumer Finance Operations (CFO) teams.

The roles requires engagement with internal CFO business units and external project teams (BA’s PM & CM) to support & delivery changes impacting CFO.

You will provide support to and work with CBS Senior Business Analysts/Project Leads to delivery changes across CFO and utilise capabilities that reside across Business Analyst, Change Management & Project Management disciplines.

**Main accountabilities, but not limited to**:

- Driving the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with stakeholders as directed to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems, business processes, policies, information and data
- Managing requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs
- Providing recommendations for process redesign and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information
- Identify stakeholders and see to the maintenance of collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements and engage with, and inform key stakeholder groups
- Ensure the project meets the needs of the customer and business and is aligned to the overall strategy
- Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes such as the Project Execution Framework (PEFm), Requirements Development Framework (RDF), Agile Execution Framework (AEF)
- Ensure project related risk (both project and operations) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks (Refer Operational Risk in Projects (ORiP))
- Regular status reporting as it relates to the project including progress and risks

**What do I need?**
**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience desirable
- Desired business and/or technology tertiary qualifications
- Desired Lean Six Sigma - Green belt certification or equivalent
- A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
- Experience in Personal Lending processes
- There are multiple systems utilised across CBS and experience with the most widely utilised
- In Personal Lending include ACE, VisionPlus, Genproc, Pronto would be highly desirable
