**Your new role**
CFO role reporting into the College Principal.
- Management of the finance team of 4 and responsible for all day to day accounting as well as various projects
- High level strategic and business partnering for in a growth and evolving organisation
- The role is responsible for supporting the School in implementing appropriate policies and procedures
- Ensure all compliance obligations are met.
- Ensure month end, half year and year end reporting and audit requirements are met
- Compilation of the annual budget and reporting
- Ensure that operating policies and procedures for the school operations are up to date and in line with applicable legislation and regulations
- Oversee payroll and cash management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- CA, CPA qualified or Equivalent. CFO or Financial Controller background.
- Looking for someone with very strong all round accounting experience
- Strong ability to provide high level strategic insight
- Proven effective communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong management skills

**What you'll get in return**
