We are seeking highly skilled and dynamic chefs to join our team in a remote village.

Job Description:

As a FIFO Line Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This includes liaising with the Head Chef and other team members to achieve a profitable kitchen environment.

You will work at multiple sites, providing new experiences and adventures every day.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk/batch cooking, with a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of HACCP principles and workplace safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure a profitable kitchen operation.
  • Work at multiple sites, every day bringing new experiences and adventures.
