OverviewCiveo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Sous Chefs, who will excel in liaising between the Head Chef and Line Chefs and possess significant leadership experience.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure a smooth and profitable kitchen operation for the village.
This is a fly-in-fly-out role (FIFO) departing from Perth on 2/1 rosters.What's in it for you?
$116- $119k per annum + Super paid on all rostered hours (11 per shift)PLUS Nightshift allowance and 5 Weeks Annual LeaveFortnightly pays with equalized hours – no more big pay/small pay cycleAccess to discounts across hundreds of retailers with our Civeo Hive program2 weeks on and 1 week off roster with accommodation, food etc. suppliedCareer advancement, training, and development on offerAccess to onsite facilities such as Gym, pool etc. where applicableAbout You3+ years' cumulative chef experience, working in a remote village environment (FIFO or DIDO)2+ years' experience supervising and managing of a team of chefs to deliver a smooth serviceStrong experience in a bulk/batch cooking environment.Ordering, profit and wastage reportingCertificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate.Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in a bulk cooking environmentAbility to help create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basisApplied knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance requirementsAble to work nightshift where requiredIntermediate skills with regards to Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of relevant kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage.WA Manual C Class drivers' license.The Application & Onboarding ProcessApply NOW
