Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the Bonds The Glen store. This is a part-time position at 34 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract ending 06/01/2026.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
  • Succession planning to ensure team progression into next opportunities.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand stock management processes and prioritise tasks.
  • Coach the team and provide on-the-spot feedback.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive the business.
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail management with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of stock management and Visual Merchandising.
  • Ability to interpret reports and make data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Strong communication, leadership and customer-focus skills.
  • Availability for part-time hours (34 per week) and commitment to a fixed-term role to 06/01/2026.
