About the role
My client is seeking a skilled Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead to join their technology team. You'll drive testing across mobile apps, Internet Banking, and core financial systems while mentoring junior Test Analysts and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead testing across mobile, web/Internet Banking, and financial systems.
  • Design and execute regression, UAT, system integration, and automation tests.
  • Mentor Test Analysts and embed best practice testing processes.
  • Manage defects using JIRA Tricentis and ensure collaborative delivery.
  • Support automation with UFT One/QTP and SQL-based data validation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead within financial services.
  • Strong in mobile (iOS/Android) and web/Internet Banking testing.
  • Skilled in regression, UAT, SQL, and data migration testing.
  • Confident mentor with excellent stakeholder communication.
  • Test management: JIRA Tricentis (QC/ALM a plus).
  • Automation: UFT One/QTP (VB scripting desirable).
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or ISTQB certification (preferred).
