Overview

CloudMarc is seeking a Test Analyst with Kronos (UKG Dimensions/Workforce Management) experience to join a tier-1 enterprise program. This role will focus on testing payroll, rostering, and workforce management integrations across a complex corporate environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical leads to ensure end-to-end quality across both functional and integration testing phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases across Kronos and payroll modules
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Validate payroll calculations, rostering, and workforce scheduling workflows
  • Raise, track, and manage defects through to closure
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams
  • Contribute to test planning, status reporting, and quality governance
Required Skills & Experience
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on testing experience with Kronos / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Management systems
  • Experience in payroll testing (SAP Payroll, Kronos, or similar)
  • Proven track record in system and integration testing within complex enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., PractiTest, TestRail, HP ALM)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in hybrid environments (Agile & Waterfall)
