Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Cluster Reservation Agent (a) ab 01. Oktober 2025 oder nach Vereinbarung:

  • Annäherung, Bearbeitung und aktiver Verkauf von Zimmerreservierungen nach den Standards der Leading Hotels of the World für die Hotels Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa Interlaken, La Réserve Eden au Lac Zürich und Bellevue Palace Bern
  • Kenntnis der Preispolitik, Arrangements und Aktionen sowie kompetentes Verkaufen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Telefonische Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Pflege der Systeme, inklusive Online-Plattformen, Partner-Extranets und Accounts in Protel
  • Erstellung individueller Übernachtungsangebote
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre EFZ im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Hotellerie
  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Luxushotellerie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Protel
  • Pflichtbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebereigenschaften
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
