Overview

Part-time position (38hrs a fortnight) based in Brisbane CBD Shifts 7 days a week, between the operating hours of 0600 – 1945. SCHADS 4.1 hourly rate + Salary packaging.

We're seeking a Rostering Coordinator based in our Brisbane CBD Office to help us deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients. This role is a 12-month parental leave contract.

Responsibilities
  • Roster support workers and back fill shifts for unplanned/planned leave.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of agreement, policies and procedures.
  • Communicate shift changes and escalate roster-related people matters.
  • Establish and maintain data in the rostering system.
To be considered
  • Experience and skill maintaining a roster of staff.
  • Ability to problem solve while under pressure.
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Great team player; ultimately self-motivated and reliable.
  • Good computer skills + ability to pick up systems quickly.
  • Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS clearance required to start (we can help).
