Key responsibilities:
- Processing incoming invoices within a fully digital workflow
- Serving as a key contact for internal teams and external vendors, handling account clarifications and managing payment reminders
- Generating payments and handling bank bookings reliably and efficiently
- Managing the accounting inbox with structure and attention to important details
- Helping optimize cash flow by working closely with operational teams on liquidity collection
- Contributing ideas and driving process improvement projects
Skills, knowledge, and expertise:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; prior experience in freight forwarding preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented, organized, and proactive
