Housing Solutions Officer needed in Runnymede. The rate is £20.50ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reference number: RQ1598827.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out initial assessments of individuals' circumstances and provide tailored advice to enable the applicant to resolve their housing difficulty.
  • Confirm the duties owed to the applicant in writing, continually review and update the advice and support we can provide, provide a full housing solutions service, offering advice and assistance, and make enquiries to verify the facts of the application.
