About The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the daily operations of the office and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • General reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors
  • Data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
  • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
  • Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
  • Other ad hoc office duties as required

Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role with 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
