The Role

We're on the lookout for a proactive Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Management team. You'll help keep our client portfolios running smoothly — from admin to arrears, reporting to repairs.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist with portfolio management tasks
  • Raise & track work orders and maintenance issues
  • Support arrears management and rent reviews
  • Keep lease data accurate and up to date
  • Prepare monthly tenant reports
  • Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, clients, and contractors

What You Bring

  • 1+ year in a similar property role
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
