Business Manager, Disability Employment Services (DES) role at APM Group on the Sunshine Coast (Nambour).
Responsibilities- Empower and mentor a small team of DES consultants to drive the best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability.
- Lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.
- Provide regular training and mentoring to support the team in hitting their KPIs.
- Read and interpret data, develop local business relationships, and plan for future success.
- Business mindset with the ability to read and interpret data, build local business relationships, and plan for future success.
- Resilience and problem‑solving skills to address complex issues as they arise.
