About The Role:
  • Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of community programs
  • Supervise and support teams including support workers, case managers and team leaders
  • Drive quality service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, accreditation, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic goals
  • Contribute to recruitment, workforce development, and team culture
About You:
  • High level understanding of complex case management and the utilisation of evidence-based practices;
  • Tertiary qualifications in social sciences or human services, or other relevant qualification;
  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must maintain a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance;
  • Must maintain a valid Blue Card;
  • Must hold a valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
Highly Desirable:
  • Experience or knowledge of issues relating to individuals living with a psychiatric and/or intellectual disability;
  • Knowledge of and experience in meeting quality standards for HSQF, NSMHS and NDIS
  • Experience in Workplace Health and Safety;
  • Business management qualifications;
  • Understanding of and experience working within the NDIS.
