We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced full-time Hotel/Motel Managing Couple (permanent or relief) in Adelaide.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in hotel management and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Solo managers are encouraged to apply if you believe you are fit for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and front-of-house duties
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and inventory
  • Overseeing staff, creating rosters, and liaising with external contractors
  • Utilising maintenance skills to address minor maintenance issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hotel manager
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hospitality software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
