The successful candidate will begin at one of our six properties across Australia, with the flexibility to relocate within Australia or across the Pacific region as business needs evolve.

A strong understanding of maintenance and project coordination—especially in renovations—is highly desirable.
What You'll Be Responsible For You'll lead the charge in ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service and driving profitability.
Your strategic oversight will be critical in shaping guest experiences and maximizing operational success.
Remuneration Package Total package: $100,000, Base salary: $70,000 per annum , On-site accommodation: Valued at $20,000 Bonuses: Up to $10,000 based on KPIs Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations across departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Lead with clear communication and inspire team performance Achieve and exceed budgetary goals, contributing to hotel profitability Foster strong relationships with Directors and stakeholders Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development, including training and performance feedback Handle guest concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Track financial performance and prepare operational reports Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations, including WH&S and licensing standards What We're Looking For Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry Familiarity with RMS property management software Willingness to live on-site and relocate as required Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong rapport Passionate, motivated, and dedicated to excellence Be part of a fast-growing company with exciting career growth potential Accommodation included in your package Real opportunities to advance and shape your careerUnlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
