Founder/ Publisher / Podcast Host / Private Members Club OwnerWell funded and fast-growing SaaS company are now looking for a high-performing BDM based in NSW to join their sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is remote but requires a base in NSW.
You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. You'll work with a mix of inbound and outbound leads, engaging decision-makers, and delivering compelling solutions that drive business impact. This is a purpose-driven business going through a transformation, and this role offers the opportunity to be part of this
This role is a hunter-style role and will include business development through LinkedIn, phone, online meetings and events
Candidates MUST have
3+ years of full-cycle SaaS/software sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.
Proven outbound prospecting ability—self-generating leads and building relationships.
Experience in selling to over-operator businesses as well as SME's
Experience in selling directly at events
Strong understanding of sales methodologies to diagnose customer challenges and position solutions effectively.
Experience working with Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and conversational intelligence tools
Confident communicator & relationship builder with a customer-first mindset.

120-130K base + 180K OTE (generous accelerators)
