About the Role

We are seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team in providing high-quality, safe and nutritious food to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A strong background in culinary management, with experience in menu planning, stock control and staff supervision.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the catering service within the residential care sector.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide tailored nutrition solutions for our residents.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
  • Diploma of Hospitality.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies).
  • Significant experience in a similar role in the residential care or health care sectors.
