About the role

Jadestone Energy are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join their Darwin-based warehouse team. This role oversees day-to-day supply base operations, ensuring safe and efficient coordination of materials handling, inventory management, and offshore support activities.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Coordinate day-to-day supply base activities including receipting, storage, staging, and transport.
  • Supervise third-party warehouse labour and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain vessel schedules and coordinate wharf and stevedoring for loadouts.
  • Prepare detailed manifests and deck plans for offshore deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records, including stocktakes and staged materials reports.
  • Ensure proper packing, labelling, and certification of all items.
  • Expedite orders and follow up with suppliers to meet operational timelines.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse operations.
  • Support logistics contractors and ensure contractual obligations are met.

To be considered for the role:
  • 5+ Years prior experience in a similar role in Oil & Gas Industry (preferable)
  • Relevant technical, logistics and/or warehousing experience
  • Must show initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision, use initiative and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Oil and Gas industry best practice, including but not limited to Marine, Aviation and Road Logistics, Chain of Responsibility obligations, dangerous goods practices and manual handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
