Sherpa Property Group is launching its first Brisbane project —Flourish Symphony— a bold, design-led development in the cultural heart of South Brisbane. With 15 completed projects and 7 more underway, we're growing fast.

As our Project Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell apartments, you'll help shape a new community and guide buyers through a rewarding, service-first experience.

Your Role

  • Respond to buyer enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Guide local and interstate buyers from enquiry to contract, including First Home Buyers and seasoned investors
  • Support a polished, welcoming sales suite experience
  • Build long-term buyer relationships throughUnreasonable Hospitality
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and project teams

What You Bring

  • Natural rapport builder with strong communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Weekend availability is essential, some flexibility
  • South Brisbane knowledge or local ties a bonus
  • Experience in off-the-plan residential property sales or high-end customer service, particularly within a luxury brand, is valued.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
