OBVIOUS: WHITEFOX is seeking aProject Sales Consultantto represent a portfolio of Brisbane's most design-led residential developments.

You'll join a high-performing team with a reputationfor delivering exceptional outcomes for both developers and buyers. This role is suited to someone experienced in off-the-plan sales who brings a strategic mindset, strong communicationskills, and a passion for property, architecture, and design.

THE DEAL: Working alongside our Projects Team as a project sales consultant, assisting in:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end sales campaigns for off-the-plan residential projects
• Conduct buyer inspections, manage enquiries, handle negotiations and contracts
• Maintain and operate display suites, auxiliary sales offices, and sales collateral
• Provide consistent, clear reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Workonnew project advisory and sales strategy ahead of market launch
• Maintain and grow a strong database of qualified buyers and industry contacts
• Assist in securing new projects in collaborationwith senior leadership
• Contribute to the business' strategic growth, including expansioninto Melbourne

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years' experience in off-the-plan project sales
• Proven background in multi-residential or project marketing
• Strong communicationand presentationskills, both written and verbal
• Experienced in managing CRMs, lead pipelines, and sales tracking
• Professional, polished, and confident in high-value sales environments
• Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• A genuine interest in architecture, design, and high-end residential development

Location: The role will primarily be based out of the WHITEFOX Brisbane office at 1 James Street, with the requirement to work from a sales display, development site or auxiliary sales office (project specific).
