Key Role in Residential Sales

As a sales consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting residential projects to potential buyers.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in off-the-plan sales who possesses a strategic mindset and strong communication skills.

They should be well-versed in managing end-to-end sales campaigns, conducting buyer inspections, and handling negotiations and contracts.

Apart from these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist in maintaining and operating display suites, auxiliary sales offices, and sales collateral.

The person we are looking for must provide consistent and clear reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, they will work on new project advisory and sales strategy ahead of market launch, maintain and grow a strong database of qualified buyers and industry contacts, and contribute to the business' strategic growth.

Some of the required skills and qualifications include 3–5+ years' experience in off-the-plan project sales, proven background in multi-residential or project marketing, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience in managing CRM systems and lead pipelines.
