The opportunity:

This role provides administrative support to the Ampcontrol Group HSEQ team. The role will support the HSEQ team in managing incoming support requests from within the business, general HSEQ systems administration, controlled document updates and admin and support in organising group travel and events.

As a key member of our positive, successful team, your day will be varied and challenging. This role will require you to demonstrate your commitment to quality customer service, sound interpersonal and communication skills.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Formal qualifications or experience in business administration, work health and safety or quality assurance highly regarded but not essential
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Project management skills desirable
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities of ongoing workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
