**Your new role**
The HSEQ Coordinator role reports to the Operations Manager and will work primarily on supporting the Management Team and Project Managers to achieve the company’s project HSEQ targets and objectives.

This is an operationally focused role with responsibilities across Projects, Contracts and HSEQ and requires an in-depth understanding and knowledge of these areas.
- Project support for multiple, simultaneous projects
- Administration support for Project Managers and Company Directors
- Creation and maintenance of all Safety Management Systems and related project documentation - traditional and software based
- Contract Management of Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Management of WHS compliance documentation
- Implement and manage project quality documentation
- Preparation of Tender and RFQ documentation
- Project Management software administrator

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Business Management and/or Contract Administration accreditation
- 5 years mínimal experience in a Safety role within the manufacturing or construction industry
- Experience with ISO accreditation (9001, 14001, 45001) and audits
- High level of communication skills, interpersonal skills, literacy, high level of accuracy
- Advanced level of computer and troubleshooting skills. Microsoft Word; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Excel; Intranet; Internet.
