Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide interim coverage during a parental leave period. Supporting the ANZ and Greater Asia region, this role will ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across a broad generalist remit. You'll be the go-to contact for local HR matters, supported by regional colleagues in Geneva and India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Final sign-off on payroll (processed by SSC in India)
  • Managing employee lifecycle events: new hires, exits, role changes, and promotions
  • Partnering with SLT on employee relations, wellbeing, and return-to-work matters
  • Advising managers on policy, award interpretation, and best practice
  • Overseeing organisational structure updates, position descriptions, and employment documentation
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders across Geneva and India (Recruiter, Reward, SSC)
  • Maintaining visibility with senior leaders to identify and resolve pain points proactively
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays are the designated office anchor days, with hybrid working available 2 days of the week.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR with at least 2 of those in a HR Business Partner position
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience working in white collar sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
