Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of older people.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies. You will assist residents with their personal care needs and support them in their daily activities, allowing them to live with the independence and dignity they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with toileting, mobility, and transferring
  • Help residents with their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and medication management
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure activities and promote social interaction
