What you'll do
  • Own and drive revenue growth across multi-media channels by engaging with both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with updates on business reporting, including accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management for your patch.
  • Develop expertise in your patch, understanding activation timings, promotional plans and customer behaviour.
  • Manage pipeline and sales forecasting to meet revenue targets.
  • Be a spokesperson in market for Cartology, with a solid understanding of our point of difference and how we add value to clients.
  • Lead client engagements including presentations, workshops and other industry events, with support from your manager as required.
  • Utilise Cartology's access to customer data to build proposals that drive positive outcomes for clients, Woolworths, and customers.

What you'll bring

  • Experienced sales professional with a proactive, customer-first mentality.
  • Demonstrated success in growing multi-channel media sales to various client types.
  • Experience with selling digital media based on target audience characteristics.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns spanning a diverse range of inventory (POS, print, email, targeted online, DOOH, radio; TV experience beneficial).
  • Ability to demonstrate ROI to drive repeat business using data; experience with data sources to build strong proposals.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with multiple client contacts to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Experience with introducing new digital media products is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in sales of "through the line" campaigns is beneficial but not essential.

Job Description – Nine Audio Content Partnerships Manager (Sample Secondary Listing)

Nine is Australia's largest locally owned media company, with a focus on audio across live and on-demand content. The Audio Content Partnerships Manager works with producers, talent and sales teams to create market-leading audio solutions for brands, spanning programming and commercial airtime. This is a parental leave cover position, anticipated to run until March 2026.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with internal teams, producing go-to-market collateral, communicating opportunities to sales, and developing bespoke integrated campaigns leveraging audio assets to drive premium revenue across audio and multi-platform solutions. You will be the specialist on podcast content, providing integration support and knowledge to sales teams.

Qualifications
  • Radio / Podcast experience is essential.
  • Creative thinker with ability to generate sales solutions across Talk Radio, Catch Up podcasts, and Original podcasts.
  • Proven negotiation experience with content creators, sales, clients or agencies.
  • Strategic thinking and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
  • Pitched and negotiated ideas into both content and sales teams.
  • Project management and high attention to detail.
