We are seeking to establish a pool of Business Education Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Note: This position is being advertised as part of a recruitment pilot designed to simplify the application process for teachers. A mandatory CV template is provided for use. The RoleAs Business Education teachers, suitable applicants will ideally:
- Deliver an engaging and industry-relevant Business and Digital Technologies lesson across various year levels.
- Equip students with skills in financial literacy, business planning, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
- Support students in the completion of accredited Certificate-level qualifications in Business.
- Foster creativity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking through practical and real-world business applications.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop, review, and refine the Business curriculum, ensuring it remains aligned with current industry trends.
- Engage in reflective teaching practices to continuously improve student outcomes.

- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website .

- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
