**Current Opportunities**

**Residential Property Valuers (RPV)**
- Deliver precise, independent residential property valuations
- Conduct thorough site inspections and detailed property assessments
- Create comprehensive valuation reports that exceed industry standards

**Certified Property Valuers (Residential) (CPV)**
- Handle complex residential valuation assignments
- Provide expert advice on specialised residential assets
- Contribute to business development initiatives within Tasmania

**Associate Director, Valuer - Tasmania Lead**
- Lead and head up our Tasmanian operations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact in Tasmania
- Understand client business objectives and deliver tailored valuation solutions
- Lead complex and high-value residential property valuations

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property valuation
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent communication abilities with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency with valuation software and tools
