Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced applicants for a Site Access Administrator & Admin Assistant role based at a mine site in the Upper Hunter.

Rosters :

  • Site Access Administrator - Fulltime position, rotating roster (night and day shift), 12.5 hour shifts, lifestyle roster 4 / 5-5 / 4
  • Site Access Floater & Admin Assistant - Temporary position with the potential of ongoing work, working roster as per above for the first half of the positon, second half of position will be Monday-Friday Admin Assistant role

Position Details :

Immediate StartBased in Muswellbrook at a local mine siteGeneral administration dutiesGreeting, assisting and liaising with staffMaintaining files and recordsConfirmed work until Janurary 2026 for the temporary role with the potential of ongoing work

About You :

Ability to undergo and pass full Order 43 Coal Services Health medical, including drug and alcohol testingAdministration experience is requiredAbility to commit to a rotating roster, working days, nights and weekendsLocal to the Muswellbrook and surrounding areasGood communication and time management skills
