Job Summary

This role entails providing administrative support to a dynamic team.

The following key responsibilities are expected:

  1. Greet visitors warmly, manage sign-ins and issue security passes.
  2. Answer calls and emails professionally, directing queries as needed.
  3. Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.
  4. Conduct visitor inductions and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the site manager.
  6. Coordinate cleaning requests, maintenance contractors and appliance servicing.
  7. Maintain a clean well-stocked office and kitchen environment.
  8. Assist with internal communications events and site-wide announcements.

You will be responsible for creating welcoming environments and ensuring smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant previous experience in reception office coordination or administration.
  • Strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using modern administration technology.
  • Excellent time management multitasking and organisational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
