About the Role

Do you excel at building relationships and have a passion for client success? We're seeking a Account Manager (Indonesian & Japanese Speaking) to join our team in an onsite role and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Indonesian and Japanese market. Fluency in Japanese will be highly regarded to support our diverse client base.

Based in our Melbourne CBD office, this is a fantastic opportunity to combine your language skills, enthusiasm for sales, and passion for financial markets As our Account Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience, support clients on their trading journey, and contribute to the growth of our business.

What You'll Be Doing and Bring to the Table:

• Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal). Japanese is a plus to support our diverse client base.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms and industry trends.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude, ready to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Proactive Mindset: A willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and think critically.
• Social Media Engagement: Research and contribute to timely and relevant market updates and commentary on social platforms.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse the success of market commentaries and campaigns.
• Client Education: Support the development and delivery of educational materials on market movements, opportunities and trading strategies.
• Compliance Awareness: Adhere to compliance practices and procedures, staying updated with any revisions from the Compliance Team/Committee.
• Passion for Financial Markets: A keen interest in learning about trading platforms and the financial markets industry.
• Client-Centric Approach: A natural ability to connect with people and a strong desire to provide exceptional client service.
