About the Role

The role will be responsible for accelerating online sales growth across Woolworths, Coles, and Amazon, in particular.

  1. Develop and execute retailer-specific eCommerce strategies, digital initiatives, and campaign performance.
  2. Collaborate across marketing, sales, external media partners, and other departments to drive online sales.
  3. Create account-specific eCommerce plans and work towards delivering investment strategies and budgets.
  4. Build strong relationships with Woolworths Cartology, Coles 360, Citrus, and Amazon.
  5. Manage the eCommerce briefing, approval, and execution of assets and campaigns.
  6. Forecast and track sales, and drive consumer conversion online.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement by managing reporting, insights, and tracking competitor initiatives.

About You

  1. Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a sales eCommerce environment within FMCG or Consumer Goods.
  2. Proven knowledge of how to strategically grow online sales via Woolworths, Coles, and especially Amazon platforms.
  3. Prior experience managing eCommerce sales in FMCG or Consumer Goods.
  4. Experience in campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
