If you're able to foster great working relationships with business owners while ensuring their satisfaction, then come and join this exciting finance team who are looking for a personable and reliable concierge manager.

This isn't another typical clerical job where you're staring at the clock waiting for 5pm to roll around. You'll be fostering relationships with clients who work in construction, agriculture, and property. This will have you keeping clients happy, maintaining good relationships, and potentially bringing in new business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Checking with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Follow-up phone calls and reviewing the quality of service provided
  • Maintain well-established relationships with key stakeholders
  • Have a keen eye for detail in upselling / cross-selling opportunities

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both clients and coworkers
  • Ability to maintain organization of CRM and forecast accurate sales records
  • Reliable and easy-going – you can have a laugh and also talk business
  • Keen eye for detail – upselling and cross-selling skills are advantageous
